How do we do it?
We devote ourselves thoroughly to developing tailor-made diagnosis indicators and in a consensual manner with management and workers, through the Equality Commission.
We establish a work methodology that is not confused with collective bargaining, and that contributes to creating an "alliance for equality" in the organization.
We favor a progressive dynamic of implementing measures through periodic diagnosis.
